Sales Manager: Australia & NZ region

We are looking to hire a full-time Sales Manager for our office in Australia to work with us to achieve our vision- “To leverage technology towards empowering 7 billion creative minds”. At Accubits you will be working with products/solutions/services that use cutting edge technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain and AR/VR.

Please note that this role is for those who are currently in Australia.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role in the software industry (experience in an AI or Blockchain based company is an advantage).
  • Excellent at client/customer engagement and satisfaction and must be willing to go the extra mile to achieve this.
  • Experienced in stakeholder management.
  • Good track record of achieving individual as well as the team’s sales targets.
  • Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts/deals.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities working in a very fast paced organization/industry.
  • Knowledgeable in consultative selling methodologies.
  • Complete understanding of the sales cycle and have experience in managing it.
  • Must be able to create and execute sales strategies in accordance with the company values and policies.
  • Able to work independently as well as able to manage and inspire a team.
  • Good understanding/working knowledge of CRM tools and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Ensure documentation in done on time and accurately.

The role could involve approximately 20% travel.
