We are happy to introduce a ‘work from anywhere (WFA) policy for our employees globally, effective from October 2021. With this policy, we offer a hybrid work model that aims to empower and enable employees with their choice of workspace, giving them freedom and flexibility to shape the working days. The employees whose physical presence is not required in the office will be able to work from anywhere permanently, even after the offices reopens after the pandemic. Certain teams that account for less than 18% of the workforce would still need to work from the office for the next two years to meet the client preferences and security requirements for projects.
