S-VYASA, the first-ever yoga university in the world partners with Accubits Technologies to globalize Yoga by making its courses accessible all around the world. The Memorandum of understanding was signed by Dr. B R Ramakrishna – Vice-Chancellor of S-VYASA and Jithin V.G – CEO of Accubits technologies.
With this partnership, Accubits will work closely with the university to digitize its yoga courses and create corresponding ODL (Online and Distant Learning) courses. The ODL courses will be made accessible to anyone around the world who is interested in learning Yoga practice. For this, the university will use Accubits’ e-learning platform – Acculearn to create ODL courses for UGC approved Yoga courses. All the ODL courses will be accompanied by UGC approved certification.
The growing popularity of yoga has resulted in yoga evolving into newer forms like power yoga prenatal yoga and other contemporary variants. With the growing popularity, the originality and quality of yoga training are facing serious challenges as money-motivated amateurs launch yoga training centers. With this partnership, S-VYASA aims to provide trustable yoga training to people around the world.
