You are eligible to apply for the Accubits Fellowship Program if you are a First/ Second Year Engineering Student of any college partnering with our program. We also allow Lateral Entry Students of Second Year to apply for the program.

Once selected, you will be an Accubits Fellow for a period of 4 years ( For a first year student ) or 3 years ( For a second year student )

The first batch of the program will be conducted 80% online and 20% offline.

A rigorous selection process is envisioned for the process to identify the cream of the student community. The selection process includes 5 rounds, which will evaluate your skills and qualities. Following will be the tests adopted : 1. IQ Test 2. Personality Test (Psychometric Analysis) 3. Aptitude Test 4. Descriptive Essay Round 5. Two rounds of Personal Interview.

Once selected, you will be allotted primary and secondary Student Guides who will be Accubits resources experienced in their chosen field, to partner with you during the entire journey. You will be given a basic understanding of all the different fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Software Robotics, Bioinformatics, Research and Development, Web Development, etc. Once you gather basic knowledge of all the fields, based on your aptitude and interest, you will be allotted to study and work in an area for a specified time. You will work with a custom syllabus based on your academic as well as technical interests. Your Student Guide will assign weekly/monthly/ quarterly targets following the OKR framework. Based on the stream assigned, you can participate in hackathons / coding challenges / paper presentations / journal publishing and will be encouraged to come up with your own ideas / demos / prototypes, which you can develop as a product with the help of Accubits

Once you become an Accubits Fellow, you will get hands on experience working with leading industry experts in different areas of cutting edge technologies. You can also engage in research and development of innovative products and solutions. You will have open source projects and research publications to your credit. You will have the opportunity to be part of live industry projects gaining invaluable inner insights into software development. You will also be encouraged to come up with your own ideas / demos / prototypes, which you can develop as a product with the help of Accubits.

Once selected to be an Accubits Fellow, You will be given a basic understanding of all the different fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Software Robotics, Bioinformatics, Research and Development, Hardware Development, Electronics and Communication, Web Development, etc. After you gather basic knowledge of all the fields, based on your aptitude and interest, you will be allotted to study and work in an area for a specified time. You may change your field of choice for a maximum of 2 times.

No, The program is free for all the applicants as well Fellows. In fact, once selected you will be given monthly/ quarterly stipend based on your performance. For exceptionally great students, Accubits will be happy to provide a part of your college tuition fees.

Once selected, you are expected to be a part of the program for a minimum of 3 years ( for second year students ) or 4 years ( for first year students ) If there is any reason you cannot continue the program with us, you can communicate your concerns to us and we will do the needful.

Unfortunately a job opportunity with us cannot be guaranteed. You can use this program to gain valuable experience and industry insights. You will also be encouraged to come up with your own ideas / demos / prototypes, which you can develop as a product with the help of Accubits. If you showcase an exceptionally good track record and are interested in pursuing your career with us, then you may be given an opportunity to join Accubits.

Yes, AFP would be supporting you for your travel and accommodation. All financial terms regarding it will be defined based on the discretion of the steering committee.

Yes, You may pursue other academic/non academic internships, fellowships or training while you are associated with Accubits Fellowship Program. You can also attend other placement opportunities.
